Office of the Tribunal
The Diocesan Tribunal serves as a resource to the Diocese of Juneau and the catholic community of the diocese.
Marriage cases: Divorced persons cannot marry in the Catholic Church without a declaration of nullity for previous unions. A person in need of an annulment should consult with his/her parish priest before a proposed marriage for assistance in submitting a petition for nullity to the Marriage Tribunal.
Canonical Matters: Information and advice concerning canon law may be sought from the Judicial Vicar. For example, norms for alientation of church property, clerical faculties, law and diocesan policy for administration of the sacraments and sacramentals.
